The Barn
A redesign of ‘rustic meets modern’ space makes our barn unique. The barn will accommodate up to 400 guests. Included in the price is the use of seating for 300 guests. Since the layout of the barn is an open concept, it is also ideal for smaller ceremonies as you would have sectioned areas and would not have to take down or set up during your event.
The Gardens
Wedding ceremonies are welcome in our east outdoor garden space. We have two outdoor spaces that are adjacent to the barn. The garden on the east side of the barn is the largest and features beautiful landscaping, views of majestic Mt. Hood, and beautiful farm fields. The garden on west side of the barn is more intimate featuring a lovely patio, beautiful landscaping and vast views with amazing sunsets.
The Back Patio
The back patio features an outdoor area with vast views; perfect for a sunset cocktail hour and family yard games.
Inside Our Barn
Grooms’ Quarters
Located downstairs on the east side of the barn. This space will provide a private room for dressing and relaxing and also has its own private restroom.
Overnight Accommodations
Overnight Stay at the Countryside Villa
Just minutes down the road from The Barn lies a Modern Countryside Villa on a 25 Acre Orchard. It is 5 bedrooms, 5 bath, and sleeps up to 10 people. Included is a pergola with a fireplace, large back yard, private hot tub, BBQ, huge kitchen, and is pet friendly. This is a great option for the wedding party or family to stay all weekend and even use for a rehearsal dinner before the wedding. It is just a minute away from the venue and is a great option for a fun and convenient stay. This is not included in our event/wedding packages, but can be booked via VRBO.
The Bridal Suite
Located upstairs on the west side of the barn, our Bridal Suite is a perfect spot for the bride and her attendants. This area features two chandeliers, a make-up bar with proper lighting, elegant furnishings and its own private restroom. The suite is ideal for photos with the staircase and beautiful chandeliers.

We require a deposit to reserve your date. The remainder is due 30 days before your event date. Cancellation of your event results in a forfeit of the deposit.

Our rental fee includes use of the entire Barn, East and West Gardens, Bridal Suite, & Grooms Quarters. The use of tables and chairs and our other banquet tables, arbor, bar, and high-boy cocktail tables are also included for your allotted time at the venue. A Countryside host will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding your reservation!

No. Pricing is the same all year long.

A damage deposit is required and will be refunded after your event. We will assist you in securing the required insurance for your event. The insurance policy cost is typically around $285, on average.

No, we do not charge a separate ceremony site fee.

We require the barn and bridal suite emptied and cleaned, and all personnel off the property by midnight on the evening of your last reserved day. Timeline specifications will be confirmed 30 day prior to any booked event.

Yes, The Barn at Countryside provides an on-site Host to assist in opening the barn for your setup, and will be available for any questions you may have on the day of your event. However, our Host does not “coordinate” or run the schedule of your events.

Yes, a 2 hour rehearsal is included in our wedding package.

Our barn always provides a beautiful indoor space for wedding ceremonies or receptions.

Our rental for weddings includes a total of 12 hours. Takedown of all decorations and cleanup of personal items needs to be completed the end of your allotted reservation.
The Barn at Countryside will provide the number of tables and chairs needed for the event, though you are responsible for the setup of all furniture.

Yes, there are signs that direct guests to the property as well as to our parking lot.

All alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender. A license will most likely be provided by your caterer or bartender, but contact them to confirm!

No smoking is allowed in the barn or near entrances.

While we do not have a designated dance floor, our concrete barn floor works great for dancing!

We welcome bubbles! Candles can be used in hurricane vases or other containers. Flower petals may be used but will need to be swept up before the end of the event. We do not allow fake flower petals or confetti of any kind. Fireworks and rice are NOT allowed.
